Our company was formed specifically to administer the rights and monetary residuals of musical compositions either written or co-written by writers who are associated with us by contract.
Since our inception in 1986, As Is – No Warranty Music, Inc. has had a remarkable ability to attract highly successful corporate professionals from various walks of life to serve in an executive capacity. At the present time, our Board of Directors is comprised of members with over 100 combined years in the music, sports and entertainment industries, with specialized expertise in the areas of production, marketing and publicity.
